OUR FACILITYEurasia Brands Co Ltd operates a state-of-the-art factory and offices that span 35 acres. Our facility is capable of producing 1 million bottles a day, and houses a steel tank park with a total storage capacity of about 60,000 tons.We currently have 10 production lines which fill glass bottles, PET bottles, jerry cans, drums and flexi tanks in a variety of sizes, and we produce bulk oil as well. We also operate our own PET bottle factory.Eurasia Brands Co Ltd is steeped in expert tradition — oils with the same flavor as those Orkide produced over 30 years ago.

Quality Control

Eurasia Brands Co Ltd  caters to some of the most meticulous companies in the world. Our quality standards meet and even exceed the requirements of our international, national food and pharmaceutical customers.

Each step of our processing is closely monitored by our Quality Control lab. Along with industry standard testing methods, we utilize high-tech equipment such as our Gas Chromatography analyzers, Liquid Chromatography analyzers (HPLC), Spectrophotometer, NMR analyzer, and OSI (Rancimat) oil stability analyzer.

All products are thoroughly tested before leaving our plant, ensuring conformity to our specifications, and the satisfaction of our customers.

Today, these award-winning oils are made using the latest technology, but the traditional flavors remain — thanks to painstaking attention to detail and a deep commitment to excellence.
